As part of their contribution towards a cleaner Ghana, The Recycle Up team fromTechnology Without Borders (TeoG-Ev) joined forces with National Youth Ambassadors, to organise a cleanup exercise at Ahinsan, A suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
The Exercise which took place on sunday, the 3rd of August 2014 started at around 6:00 am and ended at 10:00 am.
The Event attracted dignitaries like Mr. Apraku; Coordinator -National Youth Authority,Ashanti Region, Hon. Nana Yaw Wiredu; charmain of town council and Hon. James Okyere; Assembly man for Ahinsan.
The participants cleaned the gutters and streets of Ghana breweries to Ahinsam bonsuom. Almost all the drivers and residents expressed their excitement in the exercise.
The exercise also attracted various media houses like UTV and Friends 94.5 fm
